Easy Peasy Chocolate Sauce

Will keep in the fridge for several days and can be frozen –if your really clever pour in to lolly moulds add a touch more milk and freeze –lolly heaven.

Preparation time: 10 minutes     Cooking time: 4 - 5 minutes

Ingredients

3.2.1. =
3 parts water
2 parts sugar
1 part cocoa powder

Method

  • Bring ingredients to the boil, reduce down a little, whisk and serve


Optional extras -
a hand full of grated chocolate, vanilla or alcohol added to the mix or half cream and milk instead of water
Serve hot, warm or cold
