Brandy Butter
This is a delicious cream based cold accompaniment to everyone favourite mince pies, just lift their lids and add a spoonful to melt in your mouth.

Ingredients
1 tablespoon good brandy
120g/ 4 oz /1/2 packet of soft unsalted butter
1 tablespoon caster sugar
Method
- Simply add the brandy to the butter and fork through the caster sugar
