Chinese Style B.b.q. Glaze / Sauce

A rich glaze, to brush on to B.B.Q sausages, pork and lamb for a succulent intense flavour.
Will keep in the fridge for a good week or so.

Preparation time: 5-10 minutes   Quantity: Makes approx. 1/2 pint  

Ingredients

100 ml olive oil
50 ml red wine vinegar
50 ml light soy sauce
1 medium onion -finely diced
1 clove garlic- crushed
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon hoi sin sauce (or plum)
seasoning

Method
