Honey, Mustard and Lemon Dressing

A dressing suitable for salads, pasta, potatoes or chicken.
Try boiling new potatoes till just under cooked, pour on some of this dressing -cover with cling film, toss and leave for 10 minutes to carry on cooking, absorb all the flavour and glaze.

Preparation time: 5 minutes   Quantity: Makes 120g or so  

Ingredients

2 tablespoons mustard (1 tablespoon Colman’s)
2 tablespoons or 1/2 fresh lemon
4 tablespoons olive oil
seasoning

  • Mix all ingredients together
