Feta and Roasted Red Pepper Dip/Pate/Spread

This makes a fantastically easy Vegetarian Pate, with only two main ingredients it could’nt be simpler.
Serve as a starter with crispy toasted Pitta Bread.

Preparation time: 10 minutes   Quantity: Serves 2-4  

Ingredients

1 jar roasted red peppers (150-200g)
or 2 whole charred/roasted red peppers, skinned and de-seeded
1/4 fresh red chilli - chopped (op)
1 block Feta cheese (150-200g)
1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
4-5 twists black pepper

Method

  • Process or finely chop the peppers, chilli and Feta together
  • Stir in the pepper and oil
  • Spoon in to little bowls/serving dishes


(no need to add salt as the Feta is already salted)
