Malaysian Sambal - Hot Spicy Dipping Sauce
A hot dip to spice up soups and stir-frys or to use a Dip for Kebabs or Spring Rolls.
Thin down with rice vinegar or light soy, if required.

Ingredients
5 fresh red chillies
1 teaspoon shrimp paste
1/4 inch peeled fresh galangal (optional)
2 teaspoon lime juice

- Blend/process/grind all the ingredients together to make a smooth paste
- Store in the fridge
