Ingredients

For this Cheats Tiramisu Recipe you will need the following ingredients:
4 tablespoons / 60 ml Amaretto liqueur
6 tablespoons / 90 ml strong coffee
12 - 18 Amaretti biscuits
1 tub/ 250g mascaponi cheese
1/2 pot/ 225 - 250g Greek yogurt
1 heaped tablespoon caster or icing sugar
Cocoa or grated chocolate to top

Methods

    • To make this Cheats Tiramisu Recipe
    • Mix the liqueur and coffee together
    • Dip the biscuits in the mix and allow the biscuits to absorb some liquid
    • Place in the bottom of the serving cups
    • Beat the mascaponi, yogurt and sugar together with any remaining liqueur mix
    • Spoon on to the soaked biscuits
    • Dust the top with cocoa powder or grated chocolate
