30ml Dubonnet / French Vermouth
1 teaspoon caster sugar
dash Angostura Bitters
Champagne to top

Methods

  1. To make an Alfonso Cocktail
    • Shake all the ingredients, except the champagne and pour over ice
    • Strain and then top with Champagne
