Ingredients

In order to make out Sweet Luxury "Crumbly" Pastry 1 you will need the following ingredients:
200g/7oz plain flour
100g/4oz caster sugar
100g4oz soft diced butter
2 x egg yolks beaten
1 grated lemon rind and a few drops of juice

Methods

  1. To make this Sweet Pastry:
    • With a pinch of salt rub in butter with flour
    • Add all other ingredients
    • Form into a dough
    • Wrap in cling film and rest for 1 hour in the fridge
