To make Angels on Horse Back you will need the following ingredients:
Fresh lemon juice
Sea salt
1 Oyster per canapé
1/2 rasher streaky bacon per oyster
Black pepper

Methods

  1. To make Angels On Horse Back
    • Marinate the oysters in a little lemon juice and a little sea salt
    • Wrap oysters in bacon
    • Season with back pepper
    • Bake for 5-6 minutes until golden!
