Ingredients

To make this Angel Hair Pasta recipe you will need the following ingredients:
6 oz / 150g angel hair pasta or spaghetti salt and oil
2 lemons - zest and juice
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 oz /50g grated fresh parmesan
8 - 10 basil leaves - torn seasoning

Methods

  1. To Make Angel Hair Pasta with Lemon Dressing
    • Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling water, with the zest, a touch of oil and salt
    • Drain
    • Meanwhile whisk the lemon juice, oil and parmesan together
    • Mix with the hot pasta and add the basil
    • Serve
