To make this Pineapple Salsa Recipe you will need the following ingredients:
60g / 2 oz fresh pineapple - small diced
2 plum tomatoes - diced (skinned -op)
1 red onion - finely diced
1/2 fresh avocado - small diced (optional)
1/2 red chilli - finely diced
1 tablespoon coriander leaves - chopped
2 tablespoon virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
