This Guacamole Recipe is one of the best dips in the world, probably one of the ugliest - too! To bulk out the Guacamole and to keep for longer, so it doesn’t discolor - add a tablespoon or two of sour cream or Greek yogurt. Serve with Taco Crisps.

Ingredients

To make this Guacamole Recipe you need
2 ripe avocado
1 small onion
1 small tomato
1/4 fresh red chilli (optional)
1 tablespoon fresh coriander
1/2 fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon olive oil seasoning

Methods

    • To make this Guacamole Recipe
    • Cut the avocados in half, remove the stone
    • Place in a bowl and squash with a fork -till half mashed, with a few larger pieces of avocado
    • Finely chop the onion and tomato - add
    • Finely chop the chilli - add
    • Chop the coriander - add
    • Mix in the lime and oil
    • Season to taste and serve
