Antipasto Items to choose from -
Olives
Artichoke
Pickles
Marinated mushrooms
Chickpea salad
Chargrilled Mediterranean vegetables
Aubergine (Eggplant) salad
Bean salad
Roasted peppers
Spiced beetroot
Sundried tomatoes
Sunblessed tomatoes
Mozzarella
Haloumi
Goats cheese
Rocket (Arugula) and parmesan
Taramosalata
Hummus
Tziki
Vegetarian pate

Methods

  1. To make Antipasto
    •  Assorted Cold Vegetarian simply choose your favourite selection around 5 - 7 items and present rusticly on a large plate
    • Serve with bread and olive oil
    • Portion sizes -
    • 1 -2 heaped tablespoon or 30g/1oz - 60g/2oz per item, or a hand full
