Parma ham
Salami
Chorizo
Pepperoni
Pate
Flaked tuna
Marinated salmon smoked salmon
Anchovies
White anchovies
Cockles
Prawns
Olives
Artichoke
Pickles
Marinated mushrooms
Chickpea salad
Chargrilled Mediterranean vegetables
Aubergine salad
Bean salad
Roasted peppers
Sunblessed tomatoes
Mozzarella
Halloumi
Goats cheese
Rocket and parmesan pesto
Tepenade
Hummus

Methods

  1. To make Antipasto
    • Simply choose your favourite selection of cold meats around 5 - 7 items and present rustically on a large plate
    • Serve with bread and olive oil
    • Portion sizes - 1 -2 heaped tablespoon or 30g/1 oz - 60g/2 oz per item, 2-3 slices meat, 60g/2 oz fish or a hand full
