Ingredients

To make this Mixed Vegetable Pakoras Recipe you will need the following ingredients:
Batter -
125g/ 4 oz gram flour (chick pea flour)
2 tablespoon natural yoghurt
½ teaspoon chilli powder (optional)
Salt and pepper
Water to bind
Vegetables -
4-5 pieces per portion
Aubergine half moons
Courgette slices
Onion rings
Button mushroom halves

Methods

    • To make this Mixed Vegetable Pakoras Recipe 
    • Whisk the batter with enough water to make a thick batter
    • Dip in the vegetable slices
    • Deep fry in hot oil, cooking on both sides until golden brown
    • Can be shallow fried
