Ingredients

For this Baked Crusted Mussels Recipe you will need the following ingredients:
12 large Mussels
For the Stuffing :-
50g/ 2 oz butter
½ onion finely chopped
2 crushed cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons fresh herbs
50g/ 2 oz breadcrumbs
30g/ 1 oz grated Parmesan

Methods

  1. To make this Baked Crusted Mussels Recipe
    • Pan fry the onion and garlic in butter until soft
    • Cool
    • Add all other ingredients and spoon onto each mussel (still in the half shell)
    • Bake in a hot oven until melted approx. 10-15 minutes
Preparation time (duration): 10-12 minutes
Cooking time (duration): 15 minutes or so
