Ingredients

To make this Lamb Chops in Balsamic Marinade Recipe you will need the following ingredients:
6 lamb chops
Marinade -
2-3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 clove garlic crushed
1 tablespoon mint chopped f
A few twists of black pepper
1 teaspoon olive oil

Methods

    • To make this Lamb Chops in Balsamic Marinade Recipe
    • Slit the lamb chop sides, with a knife making slits across the fat from side to side
    • Mix all the ingredients for the marinade together
    • Pour over the lamb chops and allow to marinade for minimum 20 minutes or overnight
    • Heat the grill and grill the lamb chops for 2-4 minutes on each side (depending on whether you like them pink or well cooked)
