Ingredients

To make this American Sausage Recipe you will need the following ingredients:
500g minced pork
1 teaspoon crushed black peppercorns
1/2 teaspoon crushed green peppercorns
2 finely diced/ minced medium onions
60g fresh breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
1/3-teaspoon salt

Methods

  1. To make American Style Sausages - Peppered Long Dogs
    • Simply mix everything together with your hands
    • Leave to marinade together for 30 minutes or overnight
    • Stuff in to soaked sausage skins- see chocolate sausages for method
