Ingredients

To make this Frittata Recipe you will need the following ingredients:
A touch of butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 large eggs -beaten
1 tablespoon milk
120g/ 4 oz selection of vegetables of choice
50g/ 2 oz grated or crumbled cheese
Salt and pepper

Methods

    • To make this Frittata Recipe
    • In an omelette pan heat a little butter or oil
    • Add any vegetables you like cut in to small pieces -cook for a minute or two
    • Pour in the beaten eggs and a touch of milk
    • Stir round the egg mix as it cooks
    • When nearly set sprinkle with cheese
    • Season and grill, or bake in the oven (no plastic handles-though)
    • If grilling, when slightly brown flip over add cheese and grill till the cheese is melted
