Ingredients

To make this Chocolate Fudge Cake Recipe you will need the following ingredients:
6 tablespoons cocoa
150g/6 oz butter
6 fl oz vegetable oil
12 fl oz water
400g/16 oz sugar
300g/12 oz self raising flour
3 eggs
6 fl oz milk
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
2 teaspoons vanilla essence

Methods

    • To make this Chocolate Fudge Cake Recipe
    • Beat all together, mixing very well until light and paler
    • Pour into a 9 inch tin and bake in a medium oven for 1 - 11/4 hours till set in the middle
