Ingredients

To make this great Tartar Sauce you will need the following ingredients:
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 tablespoons of finely chopped capers
1/2 tablespoons of finely chopped gherkins
Salt and pepper
1/4 finely chopped onion optional
1 teaspoon chopped parsley optional

Methods

  1. To make this Tartar Sauce:
    • Mix all the ingredients together
    • Season and serve
