Ingredients

To make this Harissa (Moroccan-Style Hot Spice Blend) Recipe you will need the following ingredients:
1 teaspoon ground caraway
2 tablespoon cayenne
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 clove garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
10 twists of pepper
2 tablespoons sunflower oil
1 dried red chilli- ground
1/4 fresh lemon juice (optional)

Methods

    • To make this Harissa (Moroccan-Style Hot Spice Blend) Recipe
    • Mix the dry dry spices in a small refrigerator container
    • Peel the garlic clove and press it through a garlic press into the dry spice
    • Add the oil and mix well
    • Store covered in refrigerator
    • Very hot!
