Irish Style Sausages Pork and Guinness Recipe

To make this Irish Style Sausages Pork and Guinness Recipe you will need the following ingredients:
500g minced pork
150 ml/5 fl oz Guinness
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 finely diced medium white onion
2 sticks finely diced/minced celery
1 clove crushed garlic
1 tablespoon Worcester sauce
80g fresh soft white breadcrumbs
1 tsp chopped curly parsley
1/3 teaspoon salt
15 twists black pepper


    • To make this Irish Style Sausages Pork and Guinness Recipe
    • Marinate the pork in the Guinness overnight with 10-12 twists black pepper
    • Heat up the oil and cook the onions gently to softer without colour
    • Add the garlic and celery stir for a minute to soften
    • Cool
    • Add to the marinated mince pork and mix in with your clean hands
    • Add all else and leave to infuse the flavour for at least 20 minutes or overnight
    • Stuff in to soaked sausage skins- see chocolate sausages for method
