To make this Lemon Curd Recipe you will need the following ingredients:
6 whole medium-large eggs
450g/ 16 oz caster sugar
6 juicy, lemons-zest and juice
200g/ 8 oz butter- softened

Methods

    • To make this Lemon Curd Recipe
    • Beat eggs and sugar over a bain marie (in a bowl over a pan of simmering water)
    • Beat till lighter and a little frothy
    • Whisk in the lemon juice and zest
    • Whisk in cubes of softened butter -till incorporated
    • Stir the mix till thickened
