Ingredients

In order to make this Stir Fry Pork with Ginger and Beanshoot:
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1-2 inch’s piece fresh ginger root, thinly sliced
1 sliced small onion
450g/ 16 oz lean pork
2 teaspoons light soy sauce
2 teaspoons dark soy
1 teaspoon caster sugar
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons lemon juice
60g/ 2 oz fresh bean-shoots
4 spring onions- shredded/thinly sliced-strips
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
Seasoning

Methods

  1. To make Stir Fry Pork with Ginger and Beanshoots:
    • Prepare pork, by batter/beat to thin out and slice
    • Heat oil in wok
    • Add ginger and onion to soften without colour
    • Add pork and seal/cook for 2 minutes or so
    • Add both soy sauces and sugar
    • Stir-fry lightly until the pork is firm/cooked
    • Add everything else, cook for a further minute or so and serve
