To make this Italian Chocolate and Hazelnut Torte Recipe you will need the following ingredients:
1 large whole egg
1 large egg yolk
3 tablespoons caster sugar(45g)
75g/ 3 oz melted butter
100g/ 4 oz melted chocolate
100g / 4 oz crushed hazelnuts
100g/ 4 oz crushed biscuits

Methods

    • To make this Italian Chocolate and Hazelnut Torte Recipe
    • Whisk the eggs with the sugar, till light and frothy
    • Whisk in the melted butter
    • Whisk in the melted chocolate
    • Stir in the biscuits and nuts
    • Spoon in to a suitable dish - refrigerate till set
    • Sprinkle with cocoa powder
    • Cut in to slices
