Ingredients

To make this Red Flannel Hash - American Corned Beef Hash Recipe you will need the following ingredients:
2 tablespoons oil
1 x tin (approx 12 oz) Corned Beef
2 medium onions - small chopped
450 g / 1lb cooked diced potatoes (or mash)
450 g / 1lb cooked beetroot - diced
1 teaspoon Colmans English mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Tip - For breakfast serve with fried eggs and a rasher of crispy bacon.

Methods

  1. To make this Red Flannel Hash - American Corned Beef Hash Recipe:
    • Heat the oil in a frying pan.
    • Add the onions and allow to soften without colour.
    • Add the beef, potatoes and beetroot cooking on a high until golden, be brutal and mash all the ingredients together
    • Stir in the sauces and cook until golden all over.
