Ingredients

To make your Banana, Chocolate and Raisin Mini Pancakes you will need the following ingredients:
2 heaped tablespoons gluten free flour
2 teaspoons cocoa powder 1
A Teaspoon baking powder (gluten free)
1 egg - small / medium
3 - 4 tablespoons milk or water
1/2 tablespoon any sugar
1 tablespoon raisins
1 banana - chopped small
Oil or butter to fry

Methods

  1. To make the Banana, Chocolate and Raisin Mini Pancakes
    • Simply sift the flour, cocoa and baking powder
    • Whisk in the egg and enough milk to make a thick batter
    • Stir in the rest of the ingredients
    • Heat a pan with a thin coat of oil or butter
    • Fry off tablespoonfull’s until golden and firm on both sides (2 - 3 minutes on each side)
