Ingredients

To make this Kiwi Cup Cakes Recipe you will need the following ingredients:
150g/6oz self raising flour
150g/6oz butter or margarine
150g/6oz castor sugar
3 medium eggs
3 kiwis

Methods

    • To make this Kiwi Cup Cakes Recipe
    • Preheat oven to 400`F or gas mark 4
    • Put flour, sugar and butter/margarine in to a mixing bowl
    • Crack the eggs into jug and check to see if the eggs are healthy and there are no pieces of shell
    • Pour the eggs in to the mixing bowl aswell
    • Mix altogether until no lumps are in the mixture
    • Place some cup cases in the cake baking tray
    • Pour the mixture in to the cases and place in oven to cook for 12-15 minutes. (the best way to check that they are cooked is to touch the top of the cakes gently, and if it is firm they are ready.)
    • Take the cakes out and place on a cooling rack until there have cooled down
    • Add 1 splodge of icing and 2 slices on top
    • Enjoy!
