Ingredients

To make this Cabbage and Parsnip Soup Recipe you will need the following ingredients:
1 large parsnip - peeled and chopped
1/4 green or savoy cabbage - roughly chopped
1 medium / small onion - roughly chopped
2 cloves garlic - crushed or sliced
1 stick celery - chopped
1 & 1/2 pints / 800 ml vegetable stock or water seasoning

Methods

    • To make this Cabbage and Parsnip Soup Recipe
    • Place all the ingredients in a big pot
    • Bring to the boil
    • Simmer for 20 - 30 minutes or until the parsnips are tender
    • Liquidize with a hand blender until smooth
    • Season to taste
