Ingredients

To make the Watermelon and Feta Salad recipe you will need the following ingredients:
200 g / 8 oz watermelon - peeled, de-seeded and chunky diced
100 g / 4 oz feta cheese - chunky diced
50g / 2 oz black Greek olives
8 - 10 leaves mint leaves - thinly sliced or chopped
1/2 red onion - peeled and thinly sliced
2 tablespoons virgin olive oil
A few twists of black pepper

Methods

  1. To make the Watermelon and Feta Salad:
    • Simply toss all the ingredients together and serve.
