Ingredients

To make this Pan-fried Turkey with Tamari Recipe you will need the following ingredients:
1 turkey escallop / slice / piece approx. 7 - 8 oz / 175g - 200g
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 tablespoon tamari sauce
A twist or two of pepper

Methods

    • To make this Pan-fried Turkey with Tamari Recipe
    • Heat the oil in a frying pan or use a char-grill with just a brush of oil
    • When the pan is hot gently lay the turkey away from you (so the oil doesn’t splash you)
    • Cook for 3 - 4 minutes on each side without prodding too much! Until cooked - the meat will feel firm to the touch
    • Spoon on the tamari and turn the turkey over to soak in to the tamari, when the tamari starts to reduce to much and before it catches (burns) take of the heat
    • Season with the pepper and serve
