Ingredients

To make this Marzipan Fruits Recipe you will need the following ingredients:
120 g / 4 oz ground almonds
120 g / 4 oz icing sugar
1 egg white - medium food colouring as required
Cloves as needed
Ideas -
Bananas - light yellow, brown streaks along sides, clove on the top
Apples - red or green with a clove stalk
Plums - small purple with a slit from top to bottom
Grapes - small green balls, molded together in a bunch
Oranges - orange, rubbed over a cheese grater for a nobbled skin

Methods

    • To make this Marzipan Fruits Recipe
    • Simply mix all the ingredients together
    • If too sticky knead in some more icing sugar
    • Cover with cling film until needed
    • Colour as needed, with caution and care
    • Shape to your desired shape
