Ingredients

To make this Adorba marinade recipe you will need the following ingredients:
3 limes - roughly diced
1 level teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons / 1 bunch fresh thyme - chopped
1 clove garlic 
optional 60 ml / 4 tablespoons olive oil

Methods

    • To make Adorba Marinade simply place all the ingredients in a processor or pestal and morter, blend everything together to form a soft paste.
    • Marinade meat overnight and cook in the marinade.
    • Enough to marinade a 5 - 8 lb. joint of meat or 12 portions.
