Ingredients

To make Bliss Balls VIII - The One That You Can Change you will need the following ingredients:
60g/ approx. 10 dried apricots - chopped60g/ approx.
11 dried prunes - chopped
20g/ 1 dried fig - chopped (optional)
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
30g currants or raisins
1 tablespoons Tahini paste (sesame based) or peanut butter
3 tablespoons coconut milk /cream (the thick stuff from the top of the tin) or 1/2 freshly squeezed lime juice
1 tablespoon runny honey
60g/2oz porridge oats
Variations - coat the balls in coconut, chopped nuts or toasted oats

Methods

    • To make Bliss Balls VIII - The One That You Can Change simply mix everything together in a bowl, preferably by hand making sure the tahini or peanut butter is well mixed in
    • With damp clean hands firmly mould in to plum sized balls
    • Roll in coconut, nuts or pats (optional)
    • Rest / set in the fridge for 10 minutes or until needed
