What directory would be considered complete without a section covering the ever popular Chinese restaurants? We have been eating Chinese foods probably as long as any non indigenous food. We all remember the sweet and sour pork and chicken and sweetcorn soup, which was first on our tongues, now we are eating much more authentic dishes and you can eat Chinese meals based on regional cuisine such as Sichuan or Cantonese. The ever popular crispy duck has replaced some of the old apparent favourites we heard of such as Birds nest and Sharks Fin soup which most of us heard of but seldom did we actually eat it.
