	Marshmallow Coffee Fudge A simple quick delicious sweet fudge to make with a responsible adult!!!
	Marzipan Fruits A good afternoon filler with the added bonus of devouring them afterwards.
	Peppermint Creams An all time school classic. Try different coloured ones by dividing the mix in to four one plain white, some pink, some green and some blue. Of course you’ll end up with coloured fingers but that’s all part of the fun.
	Sherbet You can buy citric acid in health food shops or chemists it is a weak organic acid found in citrus fruits. It acts as a natural preservative and is often found in fresh apple juice. In this case it gives the powder a “sour tang” that makes you “grimace”.
	Toffee Apples Bonfire night, toffee apples and hot dogs - but not in that order. Good fun to make with the children but please beware the toffee coating gets dangerously hot and needs constant adult supervision.
	Turkish Delights You can vary the Delights by making orange, lime, vanilla or pistachio ones -just replace the rose water and lemon juice.
